It’s definitely healthy, but honestly, it doesn’t taste healthy at all! It’s SO tasty! My little sister loves it, I love it, and even my parents happily eat it, which is a big deal because they usually say no to protein powders and all that.

It's actually so good, the ingredients are clean and healthy that i can have it anytime without having any guilt. It's literally better than the products that are generally available in the market right now. Honestly it is better for all of us.
