4. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

- Only one promotional code may be used per order.

5. ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Acceptance of your order occurs only once your order has been packed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Duplicate orders

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. SHIPPING
We currently offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a ₹49 COD handling fee. Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location and serviceability of our courier partners.
Shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on the website.
As our products are perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except where there is a verified issue with the order or product, including damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products, or genuine quality or manufacturing issues.
Eligible claims must be raised within the timeframe and in accordance with the requirements specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
