Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes for an additional ₹49 COD handling fee.

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

If your location isn't serviceable, we'll let you know during checkout or contact you if required.
